All tournaments sponsored by or under the auspices of the Sun City Summerlin Ladies Executive Golf Club ("SCSLEGC") are governed by the rules of the US Golf Association ("USGA"), as well as the Sun City Summerlin Community Association ("SCSCAI"). This also applies to any golf rules that have been established by the Sun City Golf Department or Club Rules established by the SCSLEGC.
Any disputes regarding said golf rules are to be resolved by the foursome involved. If there is no resolution, said dispute shall be referred to a member of the SCSLEGC Executive Board. She will act as liaison with a Sun City Golf Pro for his consideration and decision.

CLUB RULE ESTABLISHED MARCH 25, 2014
REGARDING TOURNAMENT PLAY AT EAGLE CREST GOLF COURSE
If your ball lands in the granite, you must play it as usual, no relief. If it lands in the decorative rocks you receive relief if your stance is on those rocks or they impede your swing. You must go to the nearest point of relief, no nearer to the hole. Take your stance and drop the ball no more than 1 club length. No penalty. This applies to all 18 holes.
WHERE TO FIND THE RULES
The Rules of Golf are available through the USGA Handbook and/or the USGA website (usga.org). The Community Governance Rules of the SCSCAI can be found at suncitysummerlin.com. Local rules are cited on the scorecard for each Sun City Summerlin Course. Club Rules are located on the tournament scorecard and will appear in future Club membership books.
